Freedom Designs wanted to refresh their outdated website and make it easier for visitors to find information and highlight their wheelchairs and other products effectively. They also aimed to expand their reach within the USA and globally, seeking to initiate advertising campaigns to enhance their brand visibility. These challenges required a comprehensive digital strategy to modernize their online presence and broaden their market outreach reaching a wider audience to showcase their innovative mobility solutions.

EmoryDay addressed Freedom Designs’ challenges by designing a beautiful, user-friendly new website on a faster hosting platform. We implemented call tracking metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, increased their social media presence, and developed a comprehensive advertising strategy that will launch for the summer. Additionally, we will be implementing an email marketing campaign to further engage their audience and expand their reach.

As a result of our marketing efforts, Freedom Designs saw increased website traffic with over 3,000 new site visitors, 297 phone calls (162 new callers), and 106 web form submissions requesting information and consulting requests. They also received significant positive feedback from caregivers and medical professionals on the new website’s ease of navigation and user-friendly design.
